Aiden By Best Western Stockholm Arlanda Airport

I stayed at aiden by best western after a long trip and it exceeded my expectations. The early breakfast option was a huge plus for me, and the clean, comfortable room. I loved the friendly staff and the easy shuttle service to the airport.

This is my fourth time in this hotel. And there will be other bookings. I love the free shuttle service.

The room was like a closet, honestly. I thought the mattresses were only for torture. I woke up soaked twice, how romantic! I was expecting a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift for my inconvenience, but no. I almost gave this a good review, but just couldn't-too many issues to ignore!

No issues whatsoever, this hotel meets expectations beautifully. The inviting bar-restaurant area offers a perfect spot for a late-night unwind.

Free shuttle shuttle between Arlanda airport and the hotel. The hotel is located about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was always friendly.

The rooms are quite small, but nevertheless well furnished, so that one feels comfortable even in small spaces. Breakfast is okay, but in my opinion it's expandable.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. We loved the early breakfast option at 4:30 AM! The vegetable lasagna at dinner was good, and the reception staff were cute and accommodating, especially towards those with hearing difficulties.

Overall it was well-appointed with big bathroom.

The driver of the shuttle bus should tell you which terminal he is stopping at when he arrives at the airport. We got out too early and had to walk from terminal 5 to 2!

The staff were lovely and friendly, making our stay enjoyable! The free shuttle service was efficient and available for questions. The restaurant offered a vegetarian dinner option, a fantastic plus!

The room felt a bit cramped, and the shower design could use some improvement to prevent water from spilling all over.

There is what you need for an overnight stay. You can have fodd late and early. Good and free shuttle bus conection to the Airport. The long time parkingplace.

The hotel was tidy and the location was nice in an outdoor car park dining area. The room itself was well-appointed and good standard and with a fireplace, a decent breakfast and a double bed. The service was excellent and the food was good.
